You have to transcribe in the matter of how it was said and of course you have to make sure that it is grammatically right and spelling is done correctly too. These two matter a lot when you are transcribing. Listening skills are the most important being used here. You cannot transcribe and get the message straight if you don’t have the skill to listen attentively. You might get the wrong message and convey it wrongly. So better clear those ears and make listen well with your heart and mind.
